Les Appendices

Thursday, March 5th, 2009

Télé-Quebec’s new humor series is making quite a buzz and we were enthusiastic to work at creating the show’s site in collaboration with Télé-Québec. This intelligent, addictive, fun and viral site proposes the complete episode of the week, streaming, as well as a great dose of hilarious content, sketchessupplements and other exclusive to the web surprises.

Vector Monarca

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

We recently celebrated the launch of the Monarch Vector site as well as the inauguration of the project’s exhibition at Espacio México last week. The site is a testimony for a real expedition that took place from Saint-Jean-Port-Joli in Québec, to the state of Michoacán in Mexico. The 34 day journey followed the migration of the monarch butterfly. The site was created in collaboration with Patrick Beaulieu and Daniel Canty, along with FEED for the design.

Chop Shop

Sunday, February 8th, 2009

We recently collaborated with Paperny Films in Vancouver to create Chop Shop, the TV series’ official web companion. The show, directed by Ziad Touma airs on wednesdays on Slice, and is, you guessed it, all about hair. As you visit the site, don’t miss Pimp My Cut, the instant interactive hair styling tool! Art direction and design in collaboration with Angle Reserve.

Infrarouge

Tuesday, January 20th, 2009

Infrarouge the Montreal based theatre company was founded in 2001 and has witnessed world recognition. The company’s website finally came into existance thanks to the combined efforts of the FEED design studio, KNGFU’s production team, Daniel Canty’s direction, and the intimate creative collaboration with Marie Brassard, founder of the company.

Creators of emotion

Friday, December 5th, 2008

Creators of Emotions is Ubisoft’s latest recruitment campaign and goes way out of the ordinary. The project was executed with varial+yako, and was for us a great adventure made of Flash development, video encoding, some 3D and two handfuls of challenges. We thank Turbulent for their help.

Oh, and did we mention the site has recently been awarded the Boomerang 2008 Grand Prize in Montreal? And it is featured on the FWA!

C’est Malade!

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

We recently had lots of fun with Remarquable Communications producing this project. C Malade! is a viral Flash game, inspired by the classic Operation game, to incite future med school students to apply to University of Ottawa. Many thanks to Angle Reserve for the video and illustration work. Test your surgery skills here.

Mini-Games for Télé-Québec

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

We recently created a series of mini-games for Touts petits, Télé-Québec’s children playground zone. 3 to 5 year olds have to find Zéphir, the site’s mascot.

Massive rally at SAT

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Artists and professionals from all walks of life gathered at the Société des Arts Technologiques this morning to manifest against the massive cuts announced by the Harper government in the arts, culture and media sectors. We were there to support the movement that will continue raising its voice through the autumn. The cuts particularly affect the creative sector in Montreal, so let’s show solidarity!
